A {Sporty} 1st Birthday

Sports Birthday Party 1
With Opening Day happening at baseball stadiums across the country right now, I thought it was only fitting to post this precious Sports 1st Birthday Party today! When Texas mom, Jenny Stueber sent this my way I couldn’t resist the “Stueber Field” graphic used throughout Mason’s big day. Love! The baseball lingo was out in full force at this party – from the baseball ticket invitations to the bat favors to the concession stand food served this party was a home run! She even tied a “player card” to each bat favor as a thank-you! Very cute! This party makes me want to grab a dog and hit the ball field!

Party details, as told by Jenny:

{MENU} We served concession stand food at Stueber Field; nachos, hotdogs, popcorn & lemonade!

{FAVORS} The party favors were bats personalized with their names & a “Thank You” player card attached!

{ACTIVITIES} All the kids had a great time in the ball pit and we ended the party with a baseball pinata!

The colors for his party were dark blue, baby blue & red! The invitations were designed to look like game day tickets! The basketball, baseball, soccer & football cakes were made by my husband and his friend! We had koozies printed locally with our Stueber Field logo on them for the adults! For the kids we had sports cups from Oriental Trading. The balls I found at Target & the bats were from the Dollar General! My son & daughter wore personalized baseball tees from Etsy.

I was also wondering where you got the cute bat and ball sets as well as the adorable Rookie cards. I would love to order some of these for my sons 2nd birthday and have them say "MVP of the year" instead. I have looked and looked and can't seem to find them anywhere.
